This Fallout 4 Build Planner Lets You Plan Your Stats and Perks Before Launch

Fallout 4 is almost here, and that means it's time to make some tough decisions.

As with prior Fallout games, in Fallout 4 your adventure will begin with you deciding how your character looks and where to allocate stat points. In the case of your stats, where you place your points has a significant affect on your game experience. Low Charisma will mean that you'll have difficulty influencing people through dialog, low Agility will make you easy to spot in stealth situations, and low Strength will result in you not being able to carry around very many items. It's all a matter of knowing how you want to play and pushing points to the stats that most benefit your play style. Alternatively, you can just be mediocre at everything with three points in each stat (you only have 21 points to allocate).

The big decisions don't end with your starting stats, either. Every time you level up you'll earn a Perk Point. These can be spent in one of dozens of options that directly affect the performance of your character. Their affect on gameplay is significant, meaning that every point you allocate bears great importance.

Instead of waiting until the big day to make all these decisions, why not take care of them now?

A new website has launched that provides a Fallout 4 Build Planner GUI for choosing your stats and perks. It includes all the descriptions of stats and perks to help you get an idea of what to expect once you're playing the full game.

In the event that you're having trouble deciding on what build to play, stay tuned for our guide which will offer multiple effective options.
