Crazy Justice Battle Royale

Crazy Justice Battle Royale Game Entering Steam Early Access This Month

Black Riddles Studio‘s game Crazy Justice will finally be entering Steam Early Access later this month. What makes this game unique in an ocean of battle royale games like Fortnite and PUBG is that Crazy Justice offers both a Battle Royale mode and a traditional story mode. However, the Crazy Justice Battle Royale mode and Skills Royale mode will be free-to-play, while the story mode and other multiplayer modes will be paid content.

The game’s story mode will function as a single-player mode where players can explore any of the character’s backstories while learning the basic gameplay mechanics. Interestingly, players can even experience story mode with their friends through co-op support. Despite all that, the meat of the game lies with its battle royale mode and multiplayer modes.

Another gameplay feature that differentiates Crazy Justice is that it offers local split-screen multiplayer support. Frankly, more developers should bring back this much-beloved feature, which has been all too rare in this current gaming generation. The game also offers motion controls for the Nintendo Switch version of the game, a cover system during gameplay, as well as the ability to build barricades, walls, turrets, and more to bolster players’ defenses.

We reported back in May that Crazy Justice was special since it was the first battle royale game to announce a Nintendo Switch version. However, it’s been several months since then. and a couple of battle royale games are now available on the hybrid console. Black Riddles Studio has also confirmed that the game will feature cross-play between PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch players. With Sony still not addressing its controversial stance on cross-play, it’s probably unlikely that we’ll see cross-play for the PS4 version of Crazy Justice.

At the time of writing, there’s no confirmation yet on whether other confirmed platforms will also receive Early Access treatment. Crazy Justice will be entering Steam Early Access sometime this week, and you can check out the official Steam page for the game here.
