Beat the game.
Unlockable Costumes
Collect the action figures found throughout the game to earn you challenges where you face a Wolverine in a different costume. Beating the challenge unlocks that particular costume.

Found Achievement
Towards the middle of the first game level there is a boarded up doorway that's fairly visible from the main path. Claw through it to find a hidden area that has a powerup and a hatch that looks like it came from the TV show Lost. Stand on top of the hatch for a few seconds to unlock the Found! achievement.
The Cake Trophy
In Chapter 3, where you have to freeze yourself to get to the mark prototype, move the teleporter to the right, instead of a left. Go all the way to the right through a small hole and teleport there. You will see a cake like the one from Portal. There is also a mutagen in this room.
WoW! Trophy
In chapter 2, at the 'What I Do Isn't Very Nice' checkpoint. There's a part where Agent Zero talks to you through a transmitter. You'll cross a log over a gap, then climb up a small edge. Here, if you look to the right, there will be a log that leads up into a cave where the sword from World of Warcraft, Frostbourne resides. Wait there for a few seconds and the trophy will be unlocked.
