The full patch notes can be found here on the Black Ops 4 subreddit.

Black Ops 4 Update 1.03: The Black Market

The Black Market store brings gestures, outfits, tags, characters, weapons, and more. Users can buy items using CoD Points, a premium currency. Along with microtransactions, Black Ops 4 will allow players to earn new items through playing the game. This “Contraband” system will have seasonal content that will cycle every few months.

Treyarch will roll out the store next week (October 26) for PC and Xbox One users, as per their agreement with Sony to release content first on PS4. The first “Operation” that will deliver new content is Operation First Strike, which goes live on PS4 with the update. Halloween-themed content is also available for a limited time through the Black Market.

Black Ops 4 Update 1.03: Gameplay Improvements

Many Black Ops 4 players are unhappy with the game’s finicky hit-boxes and hit detection. The new update is addressing these issues with some gameplay improvements.

Spawn points have been improved for various maps in the Domination and Free for All game types. New spawn locations were added to the Militia map as well. Leaderboards are now available across every game mode. The game’s first double XP weekend also launched with the update, and runs until 10 a.m. PT on Monday, October  22.

Black Ops 4 Update 1.03: Bug Fixes and More

A swathe of bug fixes come to Black Ops 4 with the 1.03 update. Player-created paint jobs should no longer be corrupted on weapons. The game is more stable across all modes, but changes to Treyarch’s backend has made previous Theater files unavailable.

Various exploits and bugs relating to multiplayer specialists have been fixed, as well as audio and visual glitches. Zombies received a lot of attention, with updates for zombie pathing, XP rates, and interactions with the environment. Blackout should be more stable in split screen, and incorrect tracking of challenges have been addressed.

Treyarch fixed a number of performance issues on the PC version of the game, and are currently monitoring the game for more issues. Finally, Treyarch is looking to ease issues with lobby populations in regions like South Africa and Australia, but have no definitive solution as of yet.
