- Volition Inc. – Purchased by Koch Media
- Metro Franchise – Purchased by Koch Media
- Homefront Franchise – Purchased by Crytek
- Evolve (Turtle Rock Studios' project) – Purchased by Take Two
- South Park: The Stick of Truth – Purchased by Ubisoft
- THQ Montreal – Purchased by Ubisoft
