However, Froslass always required a Dawn Stone in mainline Pokemon games, too. As of now, the Dawn Stone isn’t available in Pokemon Go, with the only Gen 4 evolution item in the game right now being the Sinnoh Stone.
It is possible that a future update could see the Sinnoh Stone become compatible with female Snorunts, but it’s much more likely that the Dawn Stone will be added to the game at a later date.
