To get to listen to the remix, in episode 1, go to the disco area where you did the "DISCO DEMOLITIONS" job. When you are inside, go to the area where you see the music equipment then hit one of the scratch boards. You should hear Dimitri say "Show your bling and let me shine you."

On Blood Bath Bay in Ep.5 look around the building named "Pirate Grill" and try to find a poster that is put near a bouncy tire. Use your binoculars to look at the poster closely. It should say " Dev and Karin's wedding Aug. 05." This is referring to one of the game's producers, Dev Madan. There is also a cake and a smiley face on the poster.
