PS Plus May 2019 games

PS Plus May 2019 games leaked ahead of official announcement

The PS Plus May 2019 games have been leaked on the EU PlayStation store. According to the screenshot showing the leak, PlayStation Plus subscribers have two big games in May to look forward to. Both will be free for existing subscribers, available to download at no additional cost.

As spotted by Resetera user “benzopil,” the two games are: What Remains of Edith Finch and the original Overcooked, both for PS4.

If you want to learn more about these games before they become available for download, be sure to check out our reviews.

Our What Remains of Edith Finch review praised the game’s “unsettling, spooky mood” and noted that “traversal is fun, and kept interesting with constant stimuli.”

As for Overcooked, it is a chaotic multiplayer experience that has you yelling at your friends as you attempt to cook various meals. We recently reviewed the sequel, which we loved due to its “fantastic cooperative gameplay that encourages and rewards teamwork.”

While we’re still awaiting official confirmation from Sony, as games in the US lineup can differ to those in the EU. Expect Sony to confirm the PS Plus May 2019 games by the end of the day.

The lineup for April 2019 gave players access to The Surge, a futuristic Soulslike title, and Conan Exiles, a game famous for its… length. If you haven’t downloaded these titles yet, your time is rapidly running out. Go and do it as soon as possible!

You can acquire these games throughout the whole month but then they are gone, going back to their normal prices or being removed from the digital storefront entirely, so be sure to grab your copies. If you are an owner of an Xbox One as well as a PS4… Xbox Games with Gold May 2019 will also be announced soon, and we had a go at predicting what’s to come.
