Sony has just released a new trailer for its upcoming downloadable title, rain, which is set to launch later this year.
Is it just me or is this game incredibly gorgeous? The art direction is absolutely jaw-dropping and totally makes you overlook the rather technically simplistic visuals.
In case you haven't been following this PSN-exclusive, rain is an atmospheric adventure game that has you play as an invisible boy who can only be seen when he's in the rain, hence the title. While it may seem like a rather basic mechanic, I can't wait to see what Sony's Japan Studio does with it.
Journey wowed the world last year despite its rather modest budget and resource well. This new PSN title will hopefully take a page out of thatgamecompany's book by delivering an experience that is super memorable thanks to its artistic flair and engrossing atmosphere.
