EA charmingly introduced this Plants v. Zombies Garden Warfare with a variation on their Battlefield theme, and the gameplay works rather similarly.
The game features a third-person shooter style with some strategy elements thrown in. Sure, you can be a peashooter and blast your way through waves of zombies, but you'll need to strategically plant your garden as well. Players can team up with up to four people to form a zombie-killing team complete with different classes of plants. In the demo, they showed the peashooter as your typical tank, the chomper as the close combat fighter, the cactus as the sniper, and the sunflower as the medic.
The game looks every bit as adorable as it sounds. Check out the trailer for yourself if you weren't able to watch the press conference.
Thus far, the game has only been announced for the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One.
