Buy an upgrade that has to be imported with cash then when it asks you if you want to wait or import immediately switch to settings and set the date ahead a month and switch back to CSR then select import immediately and you should get 8000 gold.
Fuel Refill
When you have no fuel go to setting change your time to one day ahead and then go back to the game and you will have your fuel full straight away.
