A Mario Kart Tour error is currently preventing players from being able to access the recently released mobile game. The ‘servers are experiencing heavy traffic‘ error, with a support code of 806-1415, is kicking players back to the title screen on the game’s launch day.
The error reads as follows:
“The servers are experiencing heavy traffic. Your log-in request will be processed in the order it was received.
Support Code: 806-1415″
It then asks plays to navigate back to the title screen, only for the same error to then routinely pop up.
Mario Kart Tour Servers Experiencing Heavy Traffic | How to fix
Mario Kart Tour servers have just gone live, so this problem is likely the result of its teething issues. While the game is currently available to download on both iOS and Android, with servers having gone live at 1 AM PT (8 AM UTC), with a high number of users currently trying to access it, it seems that many are being locked out.
Waiting on this error screen doesn’t appear to currently work. While the error informs the user that their login request will be processed as part of a queue, this seems to be a static page that isn’t repeatedly sending requests to Mario Kart Tour‘s servers.
As such, the only way to fix this problem is to routinely navigate back to the title screen, request to play the game again, and hope that you’ll eventually make it onto the game’s servers.
Mario Kart Tour is Nintendo’s biggest mobile game of the year, so such an issue popping up immediately at launch is unfortunate. The official Mario Kart Tour Twitter has yet to address this issue, though has encouraged users to create a Nintendo Account in order to play the game, as this will be required for login:
The game is scheduled to become playable around 1am PT/10am CEST on 9/25. You need a Nintendo Account in order to play, so feel free to make one if you haven't already! For more details, please visit the official site:https://t.co/5UbQsKTBkI pic.twitter.com/pDGXP5xKxr

Hopefully, these server issues are rectified quickly, and Mario Kart fans can begin playing Mario Kart Tour on its launch day.
