The Outer Worlds Fistful of Digits mission gives you a rather grim task: finding the fingers of three outlaws on Terra 2. But these outlaws can be quite difficult to pin down because once you’ve shot one outlaw, you’ve shot all of them. So you might not know what corpse to search or even where to find those bandits to turn them into corpses. Here’s where to find the fingers in the Fistful of Digits mission in The Outer Worlds.

On Terra 2 inside Edgewater, go speak to Constable Reyes, who should be near the Saltuna Cannery (refer to the above picture to see what she looks like). You can grab the mission from her. You’ll also need to turn it into her later.

Go outside to Emerald Vale and go to the northwestern part of the map. You’ll encounter a group of bandits somewhat near a group of buildings. Murder all of them and be sure to search their bodies. It can be easy to overlook one of them especially if your partners gets the kill. You can see what ol’ dead Guillaume looks like below.

Bertie Cotton is also in Emerald Vale. Just make your way to the western side of the map and favor the southern side. You’ll see a Marauder Encampment (the game will notify you by doling out experience if you’ve just discovered it). Shoot all those criminals and search their bodies. Bertie, like you can see in the below picture, might be on top of a structure so be sure to look low and high.

Like the other two bandits, Doc Maybell’s finger is in Emerald Vale as well. Go to the northwest part of the map and you’ll see a cave. The bandits are in there. Just funnel them through and murder them as they run out trying to murder you. They line up nicely but don’t let your guard down. You don’t want to go to the cave and not find the body.
After you collect the last finger, head back to the cannery in Edgewater and talk to Constable Reyes for your reward. She’ll give you two thumbs up. Well, actually she gives you experience, bits, and a Junior Deputy Constable’s badge.
