It’s the big launch day, and with it comes the Dreams 2.05 update patch notes. Modern gaming loves its day one patches, and it looks like Dreams on PS4 is no different. When you first pop in the disk, you’ll find the 2.05 update automatically downloading. Once it’s been installed, you’ll then be able to start the game and enjoy all of the online functionality. Without the update, you’ll be limited to purely offline content, which isn’t great for a game like Dreams, which incorporates a huge amount of community-made levels and other content. Here’s what you need to know about the Dreams PS4 2.05 update patch notes.
Dreams 2.05 Update Patch Notes
It might be launch day for Dreams, but that doesn’t mean that the game hasn’t already seen a lot of support from developer Media Molecule. You see, Dreams has been in early access for many months now, receiving a bunch of updates to optimize and improve the game for the big release date. That explains why the PS4 patch number is so high, as most launch day patches begin “1.XX.”
ALSO: Outriders is an aggressive yet disappointing loot shooter
As for the new update today (February 14), Media Molecule’s Valentine’s Day gift to players is the Dreams 2.05 update patch notes, though they aren’t exactly substantial. Available to view by hovering over the game on the PS4 dashboard, hitting the “Options” button, and then selecting “Update History,” players can read the following:
Dreams Version 2.05
- Fixed: Various minor bugs and tweaks.
Sometimes developers provide additional details via a blog post or social media. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, there is no extended patch notes list to read.
If more information becomes available, you can be sure that we’ll update this post. Of course, with it being launch day, it’s possible that the developer has bigger fish to fry with the presumed increase in player traffic. Here’s hoping the servers stay strong!
