Wild Hearts is shaping up to be EA’s perfect answer to Monster Hunter, with developer Koei Tecmo introducing its own spin on the big beastie fighting genre. However, with a multi-platform big release like this, there’s always some confusion on when exactly the game will drop on PC and consoles, especially when you throw in a trial option like EA Play. When is the Wild Hearts release time on PC?
PC players have a head start, with the game officially launching on February 16, 2023, in all time zones except for JST (Japan) and AEDT (Sydney), who’ll see it launch in the early hours of February 17, 2023. General release times are as follows:
- PT Los Angeles – 7 AM, February 16
- ET New york – 10 AM, February 16
- GMT London – 3 PM, February 16
- JST Tokyo – 12 AM, February 17
- AEDT Sydney – 2 AM, February 17
When is the Wild Hearts release time on PS5 and Xbox?
Console release times for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S are a little simpler, with the full game dropping on February 17, 2023, at exactly midnight – 12 AM – across all time zones. Wild Hearts will not be released for PS4 and Xbox One.
How to play and download Wild Hearts with EA Play
Those with access to an EA Play subscription can play the first 10 hours of Wild Hearts right now as a trial version. In addition, EA is granting Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will access to the same trial, but they will need to purchase the full game when it comes out on Game Pass or an EA Play sub to continue past the trial time.
