A list of Pokemon Go updates for March 2023 has been shared by Niantic. The focus of the upcoming patches for the game in March, April, and beyond will be on making real-world play more convenient and rewarding for players. With the covid-19 pandemic becoming less and less of a danger, Niantic hopes that several changes and improvements to raids, Campfire, and the Community Ambassador Program will be positively received by the community.

Here’s a quick list of what Pokemon Go updates Niantic is working on for March 2023 and later:
- Easier participation in local Raid Battles and a faster method of making friends with Trainers you’ve battling before.
- Enhancements to the game while playing Pokemon Go with friends and family.
- Getting more benefits and encounters with Pokemon while you are playing the game outside.
- Continued support and improvements to Campfire to make it easier for Trainer to connect, chat, and join Raid Battles
- Further growth of the Community Ambassador Program around the globe
It’s a bit unclear when these Pokemon Go updates will release, though they were announced in March 2023. We expect that Niantic will be working on the roadmap above over the spring and the summer of 2023.
These updates are in addition to elite raid event on March 11, the Slowpoke Community Day on March 18, and Let’s Go + Team Go Rocket Takeover starting March 21, and the GO Battle Day: Palmer event on March 25.
