Cold resistance recipes in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom require Spicy Peppers, Warm Darner Dragonflies, Summerwing Butterflies, Sunshrooms, or Warm Safflina.

  • Spicy Fruit and Mushroom Mix (5 hearts, 6m30s cold resistance)
    • 3x Hylian Shroom, 2x Spicy Pepper
  • Spicy Pepper Seafood (3 hearts, 3m cold resistance)
    • 1x Hyrule Bass, 1x Spicy Pepper
  • Spicy Meat and Seafood Fry (5 hearts, 3m30s cold resistance).
    • 1x Hyrule Bass, 1x Raw Meat, 1x Spicy Pepper
  • Spicy Meaty Rice Balls (6 hearts, 6m40s cold resistance)
