Is Civilization V on Xbox Game Pass?
No, Civilization V is not coming out on Xbox Game Pass.
The game came out back in 2010 and only got a PC, MacOS and Linux release. Hence, the game will never come out for Xbox Game Pass. A remastered version of the game for consoles is also very unlikely as Civilization 6 came out for consoles in 2016 which is the latest installment of the series.
Is Civilization V on PC Game Pass?
No, Civilization V is not on PC Game Pass.
There has been no announcement about Civilization 5 coming to PC Game Pass by either Firaxis Games or Microsoft. It is also not available to purchase from the Microsoft Store for Xbox and hence seems highly unlikely to come out on PC Game Pass.
