This particular week of the year is almost always the biggest for any console (unless it launches in that year, in which case launch week is the biggest), yet Xbox One sales managed to cut in half from the previous week's figure. Everything else got boosts, but not nearly the type which past holidays have given.
We've said it a lot, but this chart shows that the game market in Japan is ever shrinking.
