Unlimited ammunition:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Square, X, Square, Square, Triangle at the CompStat/Map screen.  
Unlimited endurance:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Square, X, Square, X, Circle at the CompStat/Map screen. 
Double damage:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press X, X, Square, X, X, X at the CompStat/Map screen. 
$1 million:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Square, Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle, Square at the CompStat/Map screen. 
Super cop mode:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Triangle, X, Triangle, X, Triangle, Triangle at the CompStat/Map screen. 
Ultra easy mode:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Square, X, X, Triangle, Circle at the CompStat/Map screen. 
All music tracks:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Square, Circle, Square at the CompStat/Map screen. 
Redman Gone Wild mini-game:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Triangle, X, X, Circle, Triangle, Square at the CompStat/Map screen. Or, get  100%  completion. Go to the location given by Redman when he calls. 
Zombie mode:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Triangle, Square, X, Square, X at the CompStat/Map screen.  Marcus will have no arms, legs, or head; repeat the code and he'll just be a torso. 
Fights Open:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Square, Square, Circle, Circle, Square at the CompStat/Map screen.  
Street Races open:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Triangle, Triangle, X, X, Triangle at the CompStat/Map screen. 
Ghetto city:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press X, Square, X, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle at the CompStat/Map screen. 
New Puma Costume:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Triangle, X, Circle, Square at the CompStat/Map screen, or collect the 10 hidden pairs of pumas throughout the city.  Either way, go to the puma store to claim your prize. 
Debug Menu: 

Pause the game and go to the map/CompStat menu. At the menu, hold L1+R1, then let go of L1+R1 and hit right on the D-Pad, then hold L1+R1 quickly(the last three steps must be done very quickly, within 1.5 seconds at the most).If done right you should have the music player up, and able to see the CompStat through the music player. When this is done, let go of L1+R1 and hit left on the D-Pad. This should bring you to the secret debug menu, where you can change most of the game's effects.
