World 11:


  First, beat all 10 worlds. Then, hit the two secret red gates in Meteorite Mayhem (Hollow Diamond stage) & Big Bang Boom (Converse stage). This 
  will unlock World 11. 


2006 banana meter:


Successfully complete World 11.



World 12:


  Unlock the 2006 banana meter, then collect 2006 bananas from any worlds in the 
  main game.
