"Omega Wave Cannon" Promo Card: 

To get a special promotion card "Omega Wave Cannon", select the "Send" icon from the main menu. From there, select "Download Pop-Up Card." When your DS begins to search for available downloads press the L button twice, Up, B twice, and then Left on the D-pad. It should give you a message if you entered the code correctly.
