Cosmic Gate Special Stages
A set of special stages can be accessed by playing on hard mode and activating the warp gate in stage 64. Activating the gate will take you from stage 64 to stage EE which continues through all of these stages: EF, F0, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, FA, FB, FC, FD, FE, FF, and finally 00,after which you will loop back to stage 1 again.

Fire 64 shots without hitting any enemies in the first stage and a warp gate will appear that will take you to the final stage.
Beat Guadia Quest without actually beating it
This secret will allow you to watch the credits of Guadia Quest without actually beating the game, but still earning you the medal for completeing the game. Go to the Mausoleum and walk nine steps up(you should be in the top left corner). Now press A and select Look from your menu. This will reveal hidden stairs. Speak with the man at the end of the stairs and answer all his questions with yes and you will get to view the credits.
