The Apex Legends code 103 error is not what you want to be seeing when you boot up the game. With Season 2 comes a fresh chance for Respawn Entertainment to reintroduce players to the game, but that becomes much more difficult when an “Unable to complete EA account sign in” error pops up. At the time of writing, reports of Apex Legends servers down are coming from PS4 players, though it’s possible that Xbox One and PC users may also experience some hiccups when attempting to play. Here’s what you need to know about the problem Apex Legends is facing, and a potential code 103 fix.
Apex Legends Code 103 fix | How to complete EA account sign in
While other Apex Legends errors can impact all players at once, the code 103 issue currently seems to just be affecting PS4 users. Not all PlayStation players are experiencing the problem, however, with Apex Legends servers still up and running, allowing for matches to be played. (This explains why you can still see streamers playing the game on PS4.)

Once you’ve confirmed that your internet connection is working fine, and also that there isn’t any planned maintenance for Apex Legends or console/Origin downtime, then you can try to troubleshoot by first rebooting the game and trying to sign in again.
If you’re still unable to sign in, try rebooting your console or PC. If that still fails, it’s time to turn your attention to your router. Though other devices in your home may be connecting to the internet just fine, sometimes a quick power cycle (off and then back on after ten seconds) of the router can fix problems like this.
If all of these potential fixes fail, you’ll want to turn your attention to the official EA “Unable to Connect” page, which includes a link to contact EA Help.
