Alliances let you communicate with fellow guild members and collect more diamonds, coins, and essence. Teams can also fight one another for recognition on the game's leaderboards.
Keep in mind all of your soldiers disappear when a battle is over, regardless of whether or not they’re wounded. Don’t overdo deployment; see if a small battalion can get the job done. If you over-deploy too often, you’ll waste money and time.
Samurai will get you through loads of missions early on in the game, so focus on creating those over other soldier types initially.Avoiding cannons
If you dont want a cannon to wipe out a group of samurai then if you deploy a new unit everytime its about to shoot then it focuses on that new unit! Use a ninja everynow and then to distract it!
