The Hitman 3 Dartmoor case file is on the top floor of the mansion. To get it, get a proper disguise and take the stairs up to the place on the above map.
There will be a painting of a black dog behind a desk on the other side of the room.
Go push a secret button on the desk and it will move the painting and reveal the safe.

The Hitman 3 Dartmoor safe code is 1975. There are clues above the actual vault which point to the objects in the room. And those objects hold the clues to finding out the code.
The clock near one of the walls is the first clue. It has a “1” placard next to it.
Take the stairs in that room to see the telescope, the second step. It has the next number for the code: a “9.”
The fireplace is the penultimate step. Peak beyond the flames and onto the stone and there will be a “7” in there.
The moose hanging above the door is the final step. There will be a “5” placard hiding behind the moose’s head. Once all four numbers have been noted, go to the safe and input the code to get the case file.
This is only the part of the mission as the other half revolves around killing Alexa Carlisle. The murder mystery is not a mandatory part of the mission, but it is still worth solving, granted that Agent 47 finds all the proper clues.
