The storyline of Borgen: Power & Glory revolves around Birgitte Nyborg, the newly appointed foreign affairs minister. Meanwhile, the story will also focus on Katrine Fønsmark, under whom Birgitte previously worked, and now she is heading a more extensive department.
Besides the returning characters, the show will introduce us to some new faces in the latest season. While showing some of the most significant political issues, the show will also reveal what the hunger for power and authority does to people, personally and professionally. Honestly, it would be interesting to see how these characters have developed over the course of nine years. Also, it’s best to stream the first three seasons one more time before jumping on to the next season.
