Located on the southern portion of the map, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Ka'o Makagh Shrine is one of more challenging puzzles during the early portion of the game. Featuring a seemingly empty room, it is a common place for players to get stuck.
To solve the puzzle, the first thing you want to do is kill the two enemies in the room so they don't pose a problem. Then, head to the back left side of the room and equip your Magnesis rune. When enabled, you will see a big block you can pick up (seen in the image below).
Pick up the block with Magnesis and place it on one of the two platforms adjacent to the tallest one that has a treasure chest on top. Next, jump from the platform with stairs leading up to the platform with the big block.
What you want to do is utilize Magnesis to pick up the big block and knock over the little blocks under the treasure chest. You want to then move some of these blocks near the shrine exit, which can be seen slightly right and above the platforms, to create a step that bridges the gap between the nearby platform and the exit. You will need to place the big block on one or more smaller blocks in order to make sure it's high enough.
After that, all you need to do is jump onto the big block from the nearby platform and hop to the exit. Congratulations!
