To even activate the hidden symbols in Blasphemous 2, you first need to find the proper chant. It is the Chime of the Twisted One chant, which is the Mother of Mothers section of the map to the right of the teleporter.

These symbols can be found in almost any order, as the map is quite open. You’ll also notice that the symbol will light up when it has been activated correctly. One symbol that’s like the easiest to see is in the City of the Blessed Name. Go into the cathedral and use the Scions’ Protection skill to jump up to the top where the bell is. The symbol is on the bell.
Another symbol is on the coffin in the very beginning of the game in the Repose of the Silent One.
One of the other symbols is in the Sea of Ink right outside of the entrance to the Sunken Cathedral. It’s on one of the statues.
Mother of Mothers is the home to yet another symbol. This one is fittingly on the tree by the Prie Dieu. Stand by it for more than a few seconds to get the “Twisted is the Path of the Miracle” trophy or achievement.
The next one is right near another collectible, as it is on one of the beds of the missing sick daughters in Elevated Temples.
The Palace of the Embroideries is one of the most well-hidden ones. It is on the cocoon at the top a few rooms above the boss chamber.
The hidden symbol in Two Moons is arguably more obtuse, since it is behind a mirror. In the long rectangular upside down room, strike the mirror the break it to reveal the symbol.
The one in the Crown of Towers is hidden right near the elevator by the area’s entrance on some beads.
The hidden symbol in Aqueduct of the Costales is in the highest corner of one of the biggest areas up on a column. It looks like a crack in the pillar.
The Choir of Thorns has yet another hidden symbol just to the left of one of the blue mirrors.
