After a face-palming performance in the first round of beta stress tests for Street Fighter V, not unlike raising your hands in victory before you realize that you've made a very fatal flaw, Capcom has announced its plans for its second round of stress tests on Capcom Unity.
Starting today, from 16:00-00:00 BST, and ending tomorrow also from 16:00-0:00 BST, players in Europe will have access to the first regional test for Street Fighter V. Once they "are confident with the results from this test, [they] will share the date times for North American and Asia's region specific tests."
From there, Capcom will shake off the failure of its first multiplayer beta test and restart the official global beta test, which they promise will last for five days as before. Capcom stresses, though, that "there may still be issues experience by some users which could hinder their experience." It is a stress test for a reason, after all.
If you've downloaded the Street Fighter V beta already, you won't need another code to access it, though you should expect to download the latest patch. As indicated by the comments on Capcom Unity, however, players from South America, Central America, Africa, and Oceania wish that Capcom would extend the beta to their regions.
