BlizzCon 2015: Missions Are the Future of StarCraft 2

After a brief introduction, Blizzard's Michael Morhaime began BlizzCon 2015 by talking about StarCraft 2. After sharing some general information about StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void's release, he announced that there will be missions released in the future. These are intended to carry the game in its post final-expansion environment following what are expected to be conclusive events in the expansion's campaign.

The first of these missions will feature Nova in what are being called Nova Covert Ops missions.

Blizzard spent the first several minutes of its Opening Ceremony talking about StarCraft 2. A portion of it was devoted to emphasizing that it's more accessible than ever through the two new modes that are being introduced, Co-op Missions and Archon.
