Nintendo Announces Upcoming Breath of the Wild Documentary Series, Available Tomorrow

With the dust settling around The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, its aggregate critics' scores stabilized, and the public finally getting a chance to dig into the game in a deep way, the time has come to offer up a look into how the game was made. In the past this was handled via late Nintendo President Satoru Iwata's ongoing interview series Iwata Asks. I'd been concerned how the story of Breath of the Wild's development would be told without Iwata around to probe its developers for the juiciest tidbits and tales from the long road of development, but it appears Nintendo has come up with a solution.

In a tweet from its official Nintendo of America account this morning, Nintendo confirmed the existence of an upcoming three-part series entitled "The Making of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."

To tune in, simply visit Nintendo's website at 6am PT tomorrow, where the videos should be available (I suspect they'll also be uploaded to Nintendo's official YouTube channel as well). Given that we already explored some background via Fujibayashi and Co.'s GDC panel, it will be interesting to see what added perspective the upcoming documentary brings.
