If video games aren’t really your style, maybe you’re more of a tabletop fan. Interested in jumping on the Fallout bandwagon? You could start with the Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition, or you could try out Fantasy Flight Games‘ upcoming board game, inspired by Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and their collective expansions.

The game decked out, Fallout-themed from top to bottom, with S.P.E.C.I.A.L. abilities, bottle caps, tokens, item card, and even special miniatures for use within the game that are absolutely adorable and functional. Look at all the detail that’s obviously gone into them! Very cool.
According to Fantasy Flight Games, players can “choose whether to work together or individually to explore these mysterious regions that lay before them. Along the way, each player will face a wealth of choices, deciding whether to pursue experience or Caps, collect loot or loyal companions, and progress the main questline or veer off to the vaults.”
One to four players can join the game and jump into the shoes of a Vault dweller, Brotherhoood of Steel member, Ghoul, Super Mutant and more. There are also special scenarios to play through with premade quests and landmarks to help guide you through the game.
Interested in checking it out? It’s currently slated for a Q4 release in the US, and it’s currently priced at $59. That’s a small fee for a night of big Fallout fun, especially if you’ve got dreams of the Wasteland.
