It appears as though the Mafia Trilogy release date has been leaked right off the heels of its brief announcement this morning. The listings for the Mafia: Definitive Edition and Mafia 2: Definitive Edition were briefly found on the Microsoft Store and revealed that the 2002 original is coming on August 28 while the 2010 sequel is hitting stores next week on May 19. Prices were not given.
The pages have also been taken down, but some were able to get screen shots of the listings for the first and second game. And as you might have noticed, May 19 is the date the trailer gave, meaning that it looks like the sequel will come out on the same day it is officially shown (if these leaks are to be believed). Considering that they came from Microsoft, the Mafia: Definitive Edition release date and Mafia 2: Definitive Edition release date leaks do seem quite promising.

Mafia 3 Definitive Edition‘s store page didn’t leak but it was mentioned as owners of the first remaster will be able to unlock Tommy’s suit and cab in both of the sequels. However, given that it is a current gen game, it’s possible that it won’t be as drastic of an upgrade as its two predecessors and could release between the other entries.
