Naughty Dog Has “No Plans” To Bring The Last of Us To PS4

Despite the fact that Naughty Dog's post-apocalyptic adventure has proven to be a massive success, there are currently no plans to bring The Last of Us to Sony's next-gen console.

In a Q&A on the PlayStation Blog, Eric Monacelli, the community strategist over at Naughty Dog, squashed gamers' hopes of a PS4 port by saying, "We have no plans to do that." While this doesn't mean it will never happen, it's pretty clear it won't be in the cards for quite some time.

With Sony promising to bring PlayStation 3 titles to PS4 via Gaikai's could streaming capabilities, there's still a good chance PlayStation 4 owners will be able to play Naughty Dog's latest on their next-gen console. I may just be a while before that ever happens.
