The upcoming South Park role-playing game from Obsidian has been delayed yet again. Instead of releasing this December, South Park: The Stick of Truth will launch on March 4th of next year.
Show creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker explained the reason for the delay, saying, "We always wanted the game to feel like you're actually in an episode of South Park. Getting the game up to the crappy standards of the show has been a real challenge and we're excited to say it's taken way longer than we thought it would."
Here's to hoping the game is actually ready by the time March 2014 rolls around. Until Ubisoft announces that the game has gone gold, I'm not counting on it.
