Habitat: A Thousand Generations in Orbit will arrive at PAX Prime 2014 in Seattle, with plenty of other indie games backing it up hoping to find a few new fans in the crowds at the convention center.
We covered Habitat a while back to let readers know that it's available on Steam Early Access
with plenty of gameplay even at an early stage. For those curious, Habitat gives you a variety of space stations to support human life. "Players combine different elements of debris" explore and mine for resources and survive "in a zero gravity universe in the face of constant crisis."
I'm looking forward to seeing this game in action since most of the Steam Early Access games I've played have been fair to mixed with a lot of room to grow under the label. My opinions have varied though many of the indies working on the platform seem to have found a lot of success in finding a few dedicated fans first.
