Sonic Rides a Skateboard, Crushes Hopes and Dreams

Here, check this out. If you're a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, you should probably have you head checked. Wait a second, let's back up a second. I can understand if you still have a fondness for the blue blur. Sonic Generations is truly one of the best shots at bringing Sonic back to his former glory… even if SEGA is copying classic 2D Sonic levels pixel for pixel.

OK, OK, watch:

Things start out fine. The… "newer" Sonic levels play out as expected (which is to say they play out terribly). The 2D levels look great (and they sound great), but then Sonic… starts riding… a skateboard! A F***ING SKATEBOARD!!!

NO! Don't do this to him! Please! What's wrong with you, SEGA?!
