Phil Harrison, a man who has worn many hats, including one for Sony and Atari, is now wearing Peter Molyneux's hat at Microsoft.
Harrison, who is probably best known for unveiling — and being one of the minds behind — PlayStation Home on the PS3, will take on the new role as head of Microsoft Game Studios Europe. The role will have him overseeing all of Microsoft's UK and Europe-based development teams.
He fills the position left empty by last week's announcement that Peter Molyneux would be leaving Microsoft to join Indie start-up 22-Cans.
