He-Man, Master of the Universe, wielder of the Power of Castle Grayskull and guy with the worst disguise ever, was easily one of my favorite characters growing up in the '80s. I even carried his sword on my back by sticking it through the neck of my shirt like it was some sort of sheath. Almost 30 years later, he'll be relevant again with a new iOS game, being developed by Chillingo and Glitchsoft, in collaboration with Mattel.
He-Man: The Most Powerful Game in the Universe is due out this fall and will feature 27 levels across the seven regions of Eternia. Throughout these levels, the fabulous Prince Adam's alter ego will battle staple baddies like Skeletor, Mer-Man, Beast Man, and a bunch of other lazily named characters ending in "Man."
No word if Cringer/Battle Cat will lend a hand, but in some of the game's first official screenshots you can see Man-at-Arms' porn star mustache and weird-hat-thing in the upper right-hand corner, possibly used as some sort of power-up.
