Julie Larson-Green, the current Windows chief, will reportedly replace Don Mattrick as the boss of Xbox when Microsoft's much-needed restructuring inevitably takes place.
This news comes from Bloomberg, which is reporting that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is gearing up for some management changes next week. According to the outlet's source, the restructuring will allegedly put Larson-Green in charge of company-wide hardware engineering, including Xbox in its entirety.
Larson-Green has worked on Internet Explorer 3.0 and 4.0, Microsoft Office, and Windows 8, so she's definitely got some experience at the company. However, it's important to note that nothing has been finalized, so stay tuned for an official update from Microsoft.
