The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1.05 update patch notes are now here, with developer Infinity Ward rolling out a new update today on October 28. PC, PS4, and Xbox One players will now be able to “Check for updates” to force the new patch to download and install, if it doesn’t do so automatically. It comes in at 2.412 GB on PS4. What does the new patch do? What changes have been made? Here’s the need-to-know for Modern Warfare patch 1.05.

As is often the case with more minor updates, official patch notes aren’t immediately available from the developer or publisher websites. Fortunately, the PS4 update provides a tease at what the new patch changes.

Obviously, this update isn’t quite as detailed as you were perhaps expecting. In fact, it seems to be the same patch notes as previous updates, with their generic description not really revealing anything of value at all. Here’s hoping future updates prove to be a little more substantial!
