Best Call of Duty: Warzone PC Settings
If you want to be the best you can be at Call of Duty: Warzone, you’ll want to make sure you are prioritizing framerate over resolution and graphical fidelity. Thankfully, there are many different options you can disable or turn down on PC to do so. Of course, it all depends on how powerful your rig is.

Below is a general list of graphical settings you can disable or reduce:
- Ambient Occlusion
- Anti-Aliasing
- Depth of Field
- Field of View
- Film Grain
- Framerate Limit
- Set it as high as your monitor can handle, maybe a little higher
- Motion Blur (or any kind of blur settings)
- Nvidia Highlights
- Shadows & Lighting
- Textures
- Resolution
- Anisotropic Filter
- Particle Quality
- Bullet Impact & Sprays
- Tessellation (set to Near)
- V-Sync
If you’re targeting higher FPS, alter your graphical settings to normal or lower. To help you out with your settings, in the general tab under options, you can enable a small overlay at the top of the screen while you play containing information such as GPU temperature, FPS (frames-per-second), and more. Simply follow these steps to show the useful overlay:
- Options
- General
- Scroll down to Telemetry
- Enable what you’d like to show up
- Scroll down to Telemetry
- General
With all of this showing, you can easily see how your graphics settings are affecting gameplay. Lastly, you’ll be wanting to alter your sensitivity options. Thanks to prosettings.net, we know that pro-gamer and streamer Shroud uses these settings on the Logitech G Pro Wireless Ghost:
- ADS Sensitivity (High Zoom): 1.00
- ADS Sensitivity (Low Zoom): 1.00
- ADS Sensitivity T. Timing: Gradual
- Disabled Mouse Smoothing
- DPI: 450
- Hz: 1000
- Legacy ADS Sensitivity
- Mouse Acceleration: 0.00
- Mouse Filtering: 0.00
- Sensitivity: 7.50
Of course, all of the above is a suggestion. You’ll have to play around with the sensitivity settings to pinpoint your preferred settings. You may find that you prefer more or less sensitivity when it comes to aiming in various different situations. Thankfully, you can freely edit it all to your liking. Remember to turn down dialogue and music volume, with effects volume turned to max. This should help you hear enemy footsteps. This will be the same on PS4 and Xbox One, too.
Best Call of Duty: Warzone PS4 and Xbox One Settings
On consoles, you don’t have as many options as you do on PC, but you can still disable and reduce a few graphical settings. You’ll want to disable all types of blur and film grain if you can, for a start. This should make the game feel smoother when playing on a console.
Just as when playing on PC, you get full sensitivity options on Warzone for PS4 and Xbox One. You can even choose to play with a mouse and keyboard setting if that’s your preference. If you’re playing on a controller, however, we’d recommend the following sensitivity setup (again, it is your choice):
- ADS Sensitivity (Low Zoom): 1.00 or 0.90
- ADS Sensitivity (High Zoom): 1.00 or 0.90
- Aim Assist (Standard is likely the best)
- Aim Response Curve Type: Linear or Standard
- Horizontal Stick Sensitivity: 8 or 9
- Vertical Stick Sensitivity: 7 or 8
You may find turning rumble/vibration off will improve your game. It’s entirely up to you. You may want to turn Automatic Sprint off, too. Manually sprinting should help you stop from getting caught out sprinting when you shouldn’t be (which will slow down your aiming). With every setting on console and PC, however, you should tinker with it until you find what works best for you. What we’ve listed above is a guideline of tips that you might find helpful.
