After launching Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, head towards the in-game settings.

If you are an iOS user or are playing the game on a PC, you have to visit the official code redemption site of the game. Paste your Player Identification Number and the code in the respective boxes and click on OK. After that, you are ready to go.
