When MultiVersus first launched into beta, there was an early access period available only to players who had taken part in the closed alpha or those that purchased Founders Packs. Those Founders Packs are still available for purchase today, but many are wondering whether they will continue to be available in the future. When is the MultiVersus Founders Pack end date?
Game Director Tony Huynh has stated the MultiVersus Founders Packs will be removed from the Playstation Store, Xbox Game Store, Steam Store, and Epic Games Store during Season 1. He also promised players would get “lots of warning before they go away.” While an end date has not been provided for Season 1, the new Battle Pass is set to expire on November 15, so it looks like that will be when Season 1 ends. As such, the MultiVersus Founders Pack end date will be at some point between now, August 17, and November 15, 2022.
The Founders Packs are still popular amongst players because they are the quickest way to unlock characters. The cheapest pack, the Standard Founders Pack, includes 15 character tokens whilst the most expensive pack, the Premium edition, includes 30 character tokens. All of these can be used to instantly unlock a character rather than using Gleamium or grinding out gold. There are currently 17 characters in the game with Rick, Morty, Black Adam, and Stripe from Gremlins all set to join the game during Season 1. However, leaks suggest there are far more characters coming to the game that are yet to be revealed, including Beetlejuice and the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz.
