As was the case in the first game, rosary beads play an important role in Blasphemous 2. They can give perks that can lead to an overall edge in battle or help tracking down the Cvstodia’s many secrets. But they aren’t available from the jump. Here’s how to unlock rosary bead slots in Blasphemous 2.
How to unlock rosary knots in Blasphemous 2
Rosary knots can be unlocked in Blasphemous 2 by visiting Sagrario in the Streets of Wakes. She’s located at the above spot on the map, which is fittingly marked by a rosary bead icon.
However, like the other upgrades in the game, Sangrario requires an item for this upgrade. Giving her Abandoned Rosary Knots will increase the amount of rosary beads you can equip at the same time. There are 27 total rosary beads and they all yield some sort of perk. There are five total bead slots and five total knots to track down, which are represented by the lit candles on the tray sitting on Sangrario’s head.
Abandoned Rosary Knots and the beads themselves can found all throughout the game in chests, as rewards for combat challenges, or one of the items that’s just lying on the floor. Finding every rosary bead will unlock the “Full Devotion” trophy or achievement, while unlocking every slot will unlock the “Soledad” trophy or achievement.
