One of the last daughters is in the Basilica of Absent Faces. It requires the air dash and Scions’ Protection (the power that spawns the cherubs). Just jump on the first two cherub handles and then air dash through the gate before dropping down on the left side of the screen.

Another sick child is in the Sunken Cathedral. This one is a little tricky, and you’ll need Scions’ Protection to get this one. Go to the Severed Tower one level above the Prie Dieu. There is a wall you must strike to open up on the far right of that area. That hidden passage way is the small path linking the two areas in the above map. This will take you to the Sunken Cathedral. Once inside, use Scions’ Protection to jump to the glass switch. Break it and then go into the room it opened one floor down.

One of the ill daughters is in Grilles and Ruin. It’s at the above spot on the map and simply requires the double jump and air dash.

The fifth daughter is in the Elevated Temples. Warping near the Prie Dieu near the Chapel of the Five Doves is a good way to get right there. Use the the interactable statue in that large room to move the platform all the way up. The use the Ruego Al Alba’s Weight of Sin slam attack to break the door. You have to be quick since the platform will fall back down. The little girl is inside that room behind that now-broken door. One of the 10 secret symbols is also on her bed, which you can activate with the Chime of the Twisted One Chant.
