Spiderman 2 Wakanda Embassy Location: How to Find Black Panther Easter Egg

The Spiderman 2 Wakandan Embassy is a holdover from the prior two titles. It’s one of the game’s few references to the wider Marvel universe, as it calls back to Black Panther’s home country of Wakanda. Here’s how to find the Black Panther Easter egg at the Wakanda Embassy in Spiderman 2.

Where is the Spiderman 2 Wakanda Embassy location?

To find the Wakandan Embassy in Spiderman 2, you will have to venture to Midtown, which is just southeast of Central Park. From there, you will have to search around a bit among the nondescript buildings. The Wakandan Embassy is the building with the black, green, and red flags outside. Going up to it, you will see a plaque telling you what it is.

There are no lines of dialogue to hear from either Spiderman when walking up to it. However, you can go up to the front doors and press the Triangle button when prompted to have Spiderman do the Wakandan salute. You can only do this as Miles Morales, though, as nothing happens when you go up to it as Peter Parker.

More Marvel's Spider-Man 2

That is the extent of the new Easter eggs. But the street name is also a reference to Black Panther. The embassy is on the cross streets of 3rd and Boseman, a reference to the late Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman. Boseman passed away in 2020 and was known for his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Black Panther. The street also had this name in 2020’s Spiderman: Miles Morales.

Miles Morales also has his own Black Panther suit. It is called the Forever Suit and is a reference to the variant cover of Black Panther #5. You can craft this suit and it’s three variants by hitting level 27. The three variants are black, gold, and purple, while the base version is red.
