M. Bison:


Press down on the left question mark box to choose M. Bison for player 1. For player 2, on the right question mark box. 


Dan:


At the random character select box, press Space bar + Enter to choose Dan for player 1. To choose Dan for player 2 just press down twice after space bar and enter pressed.
