To earn $265,000 easily go to the Special Conditions races and, in the Easy section, go to the second race. Win this race and you will win a Toyota rally car that's worth that much. Use this car on the same course and then sell it. Make sure you clear the records so you can win the car over and over again.
Recycled Cash and a Skipped Tests:
If you have save data from Gran Turismo 3, you can take up to 100,000 cr. and get both your A and B licenses without taking the tests.
Track Guides in License Tests:
Push R3 when the 3-2-1-Start! timer is being displayed.

Black Cars
The vehicle line-up in the used car showrooms is constantly changing. On the last week of the changing cycle--starting day 694, four secret black race cars appear in the showrooms. Two of the cars are in the Used Car Showroom I and the other two are in Showroom II, and they only appear for one week (GT time). All four cars can be purchased for about Cr.8,000,000 or more.
